Sunbathing and strolling

Just the most perfect weather here over the last few days and all of us, and especially the horses, are revelling in glorious sunshine, clear skies and a gentle breeze.
Chester had visitors this week and is now feeling very pleased with himself - looking better than ever after a ride out with Helen on Tuesday.
Here is Columbo  - looks like a clever perspective shot but no, he is standing right next to Jennie and Prince - he really is that tall...
By the time I'd gone further round the track Chester had come too, perhaps feeling it was his time to be in the limelight even if Brigitte was trying to hog the camera...
Clementina was camera shy, or maybe just didn't want the sun in her eyes...
Gorgeous! Who could believe its ever wet or grey here?!
Holly, preferring the shade and suspicious of the quad...
Looks like we are in for a stunning weekend, folks, so make the most of it, have a lovely time and see you next week :-)

Great pictures Nic, what lucky horses having that gorgeous view. Holly looks amazing and very happy, she isn't going to want to come home :-)

Wow, that is one stunning view :) From the bits of my ginger midget I can see it would appear that he's finally decided it's time to grow a summer coat, fingers crossed that means the nice weather is sticking around (I plan to use it to re-paint his stable whilst he's away, any excuse to be out in the sunshine!)
