The sun was so bright Charlie had to close his eyes...Perhaps he got heat-stroke...?!
Horses and riders toil through the blazing mid-day sun...There hasn't been a drop of rain for nearly a week now...how long can this continue? Will we survive????!!!!
Meanwhile, back at home, Rockley was a hive of activity...If this weather carries on the horses may have to go and seek shade :-0
same here, heat exhaustion!!

ReplyDeleteBWAHAHAHAHAHAAA! Oh my, thanks for the laugh! Teehee!
ReplyDeletePlease assure the Rockley crew that horses do not, in fact, melt at 33C... my two made it through the heat wave yesterday just fine, although I do think they may have contemplated taking a swim in their water trough... or moving to Exmoor.
Gorgeous landscapes out there! Wow.
ReplyDeleteWe have already lost one of our three water sources. This is BAAAAD news for early April!
